When it comes to hosting a gathering, serving a crowd-pleasing dish is essential. Beef Stroganoff Casserole combines comfort food with ease, making it an ideal option for entertaining. This creamy, flavorful dish satisfies and makes leftovers a delight!

Ingredients:

• • 1 lb. beef chuck roast, diced

• • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

• • 2 cloves garlic, minced

• • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced (fresh or canned)

• • 2 cups egg noodles

• • 2 cups beef broth

• • 1 cup sour cream

• • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• • 1 tsp paprika

• • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

• • Salt and pepper to taste

• • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, brown the diced beef over medium heat until cooked through. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.

Mix in the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.

In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine the beef mixture with beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Stir in the sour cream until well blended. Remove from heat and mix in the cooked egg noodles.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
