Basic Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

    • 500g chicken, diced
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 tomatoes, pureed
    • 1 cup cream
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

Marinate chicken with spices and yogurt for at least 1 hour.

Sauté onions in butter until golden, add ginger-garlic paste, then tomatoes.

Cook until oil separates, add marinated chicken, and cook thoroughly.

Stir in cream and garam masala; simmer for 10 minutes.
