Ingredients:

• • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• • 4 slices of ham (preferably thinly sliced)

• • 4 slices of Swiss cheese

• • 1 cup all-purpose flour

• • 2 eggs, beaten

• • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

• • Salt and pepper to taste

• • Olive oil or cooking spray for frying

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Chicken: Place one chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap, and pound it to about 1/2 inch thick. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.

Layer: Season the flattened chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Roll them up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
