A spokesperson for BP America confirmed the oil company is now working on a plan to prepare the leak. A timeline for when that could be was not available.
EVERETT, Wash. — Crews working on the Olympic Pipeline, which recently sprang a leak, were able to identify the leak’s source, a spokesperson for BP America confirmed.
The pipeline delivers jet fuel to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Though many airlines have been able to manage their fuel resources so as not to cause schedule disruptions, at least one major airline, Delta, reported that customers could face “schedule changes” to long-haul flights over Thanksgiving week, due to limited fuel availability…
