DOOM-like Controller spotted on Phil Spencer’s shelf | Gaming

In an interesting news piece showing off the Xbox Gaming Labs at Microsoft’s HQ, CEO of gaming Phil Spencer’s infamous shelf may have teased some form of an Xbox DOOM controller design.

On NBC Today, Phil Spencer gave a walkthrough of the Xbox Gaming Lab. It was an interesting piece showing how they iterate quickly on hardware designs. At the end of the walkthrough, Phil showed off his office and was asked by host Steve Patterson, who said:

“Our final stop of the day, Spencer’s own office. Where he’s known to hide easter eggs of future Xbox products.”

Phil responded: “There might be something that we haven’t announced yet”
