Engineering firm signs leases to relocate in Anne Arundel County | Engineering

Engineering firm S-E-A signed two leases with St. John Properties Inc. for approximately 31,000 square feet at Aviation Business Park in Anne Arundel County.

S-E-A is an Ohio-based firm with 12 locations nationwide. It leased 22,077 square feet of office space at 6956 Aviation Boulevard and 8,900 square feet of flex/research & development space at 6958 Aviation Boulevard. The firm plans to move about 40 employees into the two spaces as it expands from it’s current location in Cromwell Business Park which St. John Properties also own.
