Since 2014, Formula E collected various race winners. In only nine years, twenty-three drivers collected at least a win.

Formula E allows many different drivers to win during the season. Often, who becomes World Champion isn’t the driver with more E-Prix wins of the year, with consistency being more important.


Here is the list of all the Formula E race winners:

1- Lucas di Grassi: 13 wins

Lucas di Grassi has driven in Formula E since 2014, and, winning the 2014 Beijing E-Prix, he became the first driver to win with an electric engine. Over the years, he became the driver who raced most E-Prix in Formula E history, having disputed 104 races. The Brazilian holds other records, and he is the driver with the most wins – equal to Sébastien Buemi – having collected 13 successes over the years and the higher number of podiums, with 40 podiums achieved. Di Grassi won his first and only title in 2017 and many times has been involved in the championship fight.

1 – Sébastien Buemi: 13

Sébastien Buemi has raced in Formula E since the first season of the category and, during the years, he collected 13 wins, sharing the record as the most-winning driver with Di Grassi. Buemi became a Formula E champion in 2016, during his second season, winning the championship for only a two-point gap over Di Grassi. In 2017, the Swiss driver collected six wins – this being the highest number of victories achieved in a season – and won three consecutive E-Prix, a record that hasn’t been broken yet.

3 – Sam Bird: 12

Sam Bird, the third driver with more wins in the history of the category, drives in Formula E since Season 1. Bird hasn’t won a title yet, but between 2014 and 2021 he won at least a race every season. The Brit didn’t reach the highest step of the podium…
