Ingredients:

• • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on for best flavor)

• • 1 cup buttermilk

• • 1 tsp paprika

• • 1 tsp onion powder

• • ½ tsp salt

• • ½ tsp black pepper

• • Cooking spray or oil for coating

Instructions:

Marinate: Start by placing the chicken thighs in a bowl and covering them with buttermilk. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to tenderize and flavor the meat.

Prepare the Coating: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
