Southwest Airlines will soon cease operations at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the airline told NBC Chicago on Friday, leaving those with future flights booked scrambling for answers.
The change starts June 4 and the airline is offering several options for passengers who already have flights booked on or after the termination date.
