Instructions:

Prepare the Syrup: In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add rose water. Allow cooling.
