Nate Bargatze is making his debut as a game show host on Wednesday with the premiere of The Greatest Average American. The show, named after Bargatze’s stand-up special, “celebrates the power of being perfectly average.” Contestants are faced with challenges and trivia based on the way “everyday Americans think and live.” At the end, one contestant will receive the not-so-grand prize of $67,920 — the average annual salary in the U.S.
