It’s Another Baldur’s Gate 3 Situation as Xbox Users Denied Upcoming ‘Elden Ring-killer’ Soulslike in August | Gaming

Similar to Baldur’s Gate 3, Black Myth: Wukong will not be coming to the Xbox series X/S due to persistent performance and compatibility issues with the console and will be released on it after PS5 and PC as confirmed by Black Myth: Wukong’s developer, Game Science.

The announcement was made during Summer Game Fest 2024, where the trailer of Black Myth: Wukong was seen devoid of the Xbox logo, which came as a shock to people.

Xbox fails to impress, yet again

Black Myth: Wukong was first announced for PC, PS5, Xbox series X and S during Game Awards 2023. Xbox has failed to impress, yet again. Similar to Baldur’s Gate 3, Black Myth: Wukong has been facing compatibility issues with the console which are currently being fixed without a definite timeline being set to announce a potential date, hence, the release date has been kept hushed behind closed doors.
