(FOX40.COM) — A man pleaded guilty to three felony counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and one felony count of failing to appear while on bail, according to the El Dorado County District Attorney.
On Oct. 20, Garrett Shockey was sentenced to serve four years in state prison based on an incident that occurred during the Mosquito Fire evacuations on Tin Ranch Road.
An El Dorado County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Toyota 4Runner that had no hood, front bumper, or front license plate and displayed expired registration tags.
