Ingredients:
For the crust:

For the filling:

- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the crust: In a bowl, blend whole wheat flour and sea salt. Mix in melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Gradually add cold water until the mixture forms a dough. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Pre-bake the crust: Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.
Make the filling: In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, almond milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in chopped pecans.
Assemble the pie: Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust.
