1. Moussaka Recipe
Ingredients:

In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
