Delivery of new private jets in 2025 reached the highest output since 2009.
The 854 units delivered in 2025 represented an 11.8% increase in new business jet deliveries compared to 2024.
It also marked just the second time private jet deliveries had eclipsed the 800 mark since the decade-long downturn spurred by the 2008 financial crisis.
There were 809 deliveries in 2019.
Before the Great Recession, private jet deliveries had been on the rise.
After falling in 2002 and 2003, they rose to 591 in 2004, 750 in 2005, 887 in 2006, 1,137 in 2007, and 1,317 in 2008, before a decade of decline and treading water.
After dropping to 644 in 2020 as Covid slowed OEMs, 2021 saw a rebound to 710 units.
