For the first time ever, a high-definition robotic camera captured the sun setting behind the lunar horizon. The photograph was taken by Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost lander as part of a joint mission with NASA to unravel some of our natural satellite’s best-kept secrets.

The image shows the Sun barely touching the horizon, surrounded by a greenish halo. Above, and almost as large as the Sun, appears our planet. And the small light that appears between them, like a tiny glimmer, is Venus.
