Much of the country will be unseasonably warm on Wednesday, even spring-like, as temperatures climb well above normal. Afternoon temperatures in the southern Rockies, Southwest, Four Corners, and southern plains will be as much as 10 to 20 degrees or more above average. Several new record highs could be set in many of those regions.
