Flash Flood Threat
According to the Weather Predictions Center (WPC) there is a slight risk — at least a 15 % chance — of excessive rainfall for portions of western Washington and northwestern Oregon, and heavy rain will contribute to a flash flood threat. Both High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories are currently in effect.
