- Chair of the Strategic Forces Subcommittee for the 119th Congress, DesJarlais mantles a subcommittee that oversees critical DoD operations including: strategic deterrence and stability policies; nuclear arms control; nuclear weapons; non-proliferation; nuclear safety; missile defense; and space.
