Earlier this week, we highlighted a fantastic Alan Wake 2 deal that bundled in Alan Wake Remastered as a free bonus game – and now Xbox users appear to have found a glitch with the system that allows them to claim the remaster without making a purchase at all.

Thanks to Alan Wake 2’s inclusion with Free Play Days this week, folks are finding that you can claim the free copy of Alan Wake Remastered via its free trial. Basically, you add the trial to your account through the Alan Wake 2 store page, head on over to Alan Wake Remastered on the Xbox Store, and the latter should be totally free to claim.
