Today’s the day for the new tier of Xbox Game Pass known as Xbox Game Pass Standard! Microsoft has begun rolling out this membership option publicly, giving everyone the ability to sign up at a price of £10.99 / $14.99 per-month.
As mentioned before, the idea behind Xbox Game Pass Standard is to provide online multiplayer access along with a large number of Game Pass titles for a lower price than Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. The catch is that you don’t get EA Play, you don’t get Cloud Gaming, and a whole bunch of newer XGP titles aren’t included either.
The library of games is still pretty good though – it includes a full list of 369 titles at launch.
