There’s a lot of great food out at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, but without fail one of the festival weekends each year falls at the end of a paycheck. Bills need to get paid, and I’d like to make sure I can do a grocery run before the festival takes over my week, so by the time I get out to the Fair Grounds, my wallet is already feeling light.
