Artificial intelligence is already in the room, with adult children trusting it to help them make decisions about the living arrangements and care of their aging loved ones. Most providers, however, aren’t optimized for AI, leaving them off of search results, according to one healthcare marketing expert.
In a nationwide study of 500 medical decision makers conducted by Advance Healthcare Marketing in October, 89% of all decision makers said that they are at least open to trusting AI-generated healthcare information — even baby boomers, the oldest of whom turn 80 this year, came in at 80%.
