TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – A Smith County convenience store is getting attention after a scratch off ticket sold there turned into a million-dollar winner.
A Tyler resident hit a $1,000,000 Texas Lottery scratch off prize at Tyler Travel Center off Loop 323. Store owner Hugo Fernandez said he didn’t believe it at first.
