NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa (KCRG) – It’s a city that has grown faster than almost every other Iowa community.
It had fewer than 3000 people in 1990.
It has more than 21,000 today.
When a city grows that quickly, it can be difficult to grow closely knit neighborhoods.
But that’s changing in North Liberty where it can starts with a pop-up party.
“So it is how I’m wired,” said North Liberty Neighborhood Ambassador Eva Anderson.
