Russian forces attacked Dnipro, a major city in central-eastern Ukraine, again in the early hours of Thursday, injuring a 58-year-old woman, Dnipropetrovsk regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha said.
“Medics provided her with assistance at the scene – she will receive outpatient treatment,” Hanzha said.
